20230202 minor update

The holiday (November and December) kicked my butt. My default job had me busy through January, I did get some time to add minor updates--not the full demo2 zone like I wanted. Still working on it.

changes :

• foundation for gamepad support
  • gamepad independent key binding still working on it.
• added default keys that are consistent, Escape, Enter, Backspace, Left Arrow, Right Arrow, Down Arrow, Up Arrow, Control Key
• added more title menu options
• more title, boot menu stuff.
